"These are human rights violations"

Strong words from the man behind the Government Accountability Office's report, "SECLUSIONS AND RESTRAINTS – Selected Cases of Death and Abuse at Public and Private Schools and Treatment Centers".

Gregory Kutz joined Kyra to talk about the report, and his testimony at yesterday's House hearing into the use of those practices.

    I have been a security officer over 32 years been involed in high pursuits. This officer was not going to buy a hot dog. Dont blame the officer he is a normall person not superman he was just trying to do his job, ACCIDENT HAPPENS TO ALL OF US.

    I am a single parent raising a 10 yr old boy who has been suspected of having ADHD. The problems I have run into with the educational system is that it has taken 5 years for me to get him the help he needs to get him a treatment. I have been to several doctors and all of them say's he shows all the charactoristics of ADHD. We then moved to Florida and my son spent more time suspended and thrown out of school supported after car, then he did in class. I had went to his school unannounced to find him shoved in a corner with his back turned from the blackboard and with crayons and paper given to him to entertain him. When I confronted the school they said he was on a waiting list to be in a target program, T
