Gas Pains

“Summer’s here. So are higher gas prices.” That’s what CNNMoney.com is saying as we prepare our programming for Saturday morning in the CNN Newsroom.

What will this mean for your travel? And how will you find the cheapest gas on the road?

Our Josh Levs will be reporting on this, showing us important web sites to check, and showing how you can weigh in on where the cheapest gas really is.

Join TJ Holmes and Betty Nguyen weekend mornings in the CNN Newsroom, beginning 6am ET, 3am PT

I go to gasbuddy .com. This site is a good one where you can not just get the prices in the U.S. but also in Canada. The site is updated by the people in the area that you are either in or looking for. In Montreal we have quite a few people who update often so this site makes it easy to get the information that you are looking for.

Go to "Phoenixgasprices.com", enter your zip code in the top and it will bring up a listing of stations and fuel prices in your area.

This site works best when we all join and enter prices we see at stations we live by and drive by. You see the price listing of a station, log into your account on this site, enter the prices and others looking in your city will have combined access.

The site offers for Unleaded, Super Unleaded and Diesel prices. I never get solicitation from the site and have saved ALOT!

    Happy Savings!

FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS EVERY ONE IS TALKING ABOUT HIGHER GASOLINE PRICES ETC... WHY DON'T OUR PRESIDENT AND ALL OUR PEOPLE IN WAHINGTON DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND TALK ABOUT IT AND STOP BEING SO SO NEGATIVE ABOUT IT.. WE SHOUL;D FIND A SOLUTION AND STOP GIVING ALL THESE NEGATIVES AND START TO DOING SOMETHING THAT CAN HELP ALL AND I MEAM ALL PEOPLE IN THE US.... THE INFLATION STARTED BECAUSE OF HIGHER GAS PRICES AND EVERY SEAM TO FORGET ....

WE SHOULD ALL BE WORKING TOGETHER AND NOT WAIT FOR THE SOMEONE TO FIND A MIRACLE TO ACT...
