About the police officers who put the pictures of the girl in the car accident on the internet. They are government servants. The pictures should only be used for official police business. They should be fired immediately!

Is Judge Sotomayor Catholic and will she be subject to Papal pressure on topics such as abortion and gay marriage, etc? It seems to me that a Catholic majority on the court could bring about an end to the doctrine of "Separation of Church and State".

If gays' want to do something like marriage, don't change the word, to fit a new meaning. If that happens courts are being asked to interprit and redefine words. This is exactly where society needs to draw a line. Words need to be defined by their "definition" and not be challenged. We have to have some standard. It's critical that words remain unchangeable as much as possible. Gay's can make a new word that makes society more intelligent to make their case without disentegrating the integrity of our social structure built around words.

Richmond CA Gang Rape – Bystanders should be charged as "co-conspirators", especially if: by gathering together around the victim, their "standing together" served to hide the crime from the view of passersby.
