H1N1 Vaccine

While H1N1 is a big concern, parents are especially worried since the new school year is underway or just starting. This morning, T.J. Holmes spoke with an epidemiologist from the Center of Disease Control about the H1N1 vaccine expected in mid-October.

    When our schools have an absence policy of 9 days – only
    how can we really keep our children home?

    The schools current policy at schools is
    a total drop in GPA by one point if more than 9days of excused absence....
    Can we appeal to the school boards to be more lenient?

    If the president had his priorities in order he would use the occassion of the first day of school not to give just a speech but to distribute the swine/flu vaccine. That might be his health care reform package?
