Gender Eligibility - what do you think?

Also on our radar today, the gender controversy surrounding world-champion South African runner Caster Semenya.

She won the Women's 800 meter race by a large margin at the World Championships in Berlin.

Quoting an unnamed source close to the case, the Sydney Daily Telegraph reports the 18-year-old athlete has both male and female sex organs.

A spokesman for the international governing body for athletics would not discuss the issue with CNN.

Should she be disqualified from future events? Is she being treated fairly? Tell us what you think.

We may air some of your comments in the CNN Newsroom.

Should divorce be banned?

Last fall California voters passed Proposition 8, adding a new section to that state's constitution that reads: "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California."

Now a man in Sacramento has begun a grassroots campaign to outlaw divorce in California.

He's trying to get the "2010 California Marriage Protection Act" up for a statewide vote sometime next year.

The man behind it - John Marcotte - has pulled off a number of harmless social pranks before. But this time, he's not saying if the proposal is real.

What do you think? Should marriage be until "death do us part?" Leave your comments below. We may read some of them this morning in the CNN Newsroom.
