I am from Arkansas and I very much want the public option. I can't understand how someone can hear a story like the one about the man with diabetes who cannot afford his medication. So many of us are in that position. The new mammogram guidelines mean nothing to me since I can't afford to have one anyways. I am 50 years old and haven't had a mammogram for 5 years. It is very scary to live without health insurance. I am a doctoral student and I just pray that I do not get sick before I can get out of school and maybe get a job that offers insurance.

    Good Morning
I think that the Amanda Knox verdict was all political and that the italian authorities wanted to put a feather in their cap because she is an American and also their authorities are so unprofessional in handling a crime scene that is pathetic . If I was President Obama I would seek sanctions against them and even send a drone to bomb them and send a message to them that they can't do that to Americans and also refuse Visas to America.

It is to laugh. Uncle Sam doles out hundreds of billions of dollars to the banking industry (corporate welfare) but balks at helping out homeowners in dire straits?

I am from British Columbia and I have to pay $54 each month for our socialized medical insurance.

This premium gives me basic medical insurance but means that if I want a boob job I have to pay for it myself, unless I can get a shrink to say that it is essential to my mental health.

Any way you slice it, having the government provide health insurance for the poor will cost everyone else. Guess you just have to want to be a Good Samaritan.

If you do the crime, you must pay the time.
