With the health care system in crisis and Congress trying to work out a solution, Americans’ health spending budgets are going through the roof. Doctors’ fees, medical supplies, and administrative costs can all contribute to skyrocketing medical bills – even if you have insurance. And fighting those charges can be a David and Goliath battle.

Crossing one of the busiest intersections in downtown Newark, New Jersey, people have taken notice of a risque billboard. The controversial ad from Akoo Jeans, a clothing line by rapper T.I., shows a woman kneeling in front of a man with his jeans unbuckled. Many citizens feel it is sending the wrong message to young people in the community.
