The New Frugality

Thousands of jobless U.S. citizens are waiting on Congress to get back to work, and possibly restore their unemployment benefits.

Along with that financial uncertainty comes another worry at this time of year,  the looming tax deadline.

Personal finance expert, Michelle Singletary answers a nagging financial question:  What happens if you owe the IRS but you don't have the money to pay?

She also says spring is a good time to de-clutter your finances, and tells you how to take stock of your financial health.

She talked with CNN's Richard Lui, filling in for Fredricka Whitfield this week.

It is easy to say now is the time to "de-clutter" your finances but how can you de-clutter when you have no finances. It is so bad for some people that there is not enough money just to meet the basic needs of life. I think once people get to work and are making a "living" then we can talk about de=cluttering and saving and all that.

In the last 16 months thers been a major decline. Now in a recession left to America by G.W. Bush Administration and his followers. This point has seem to be forgotten whil we face hard times, I'm talking about the lower classes who have had to face the worst part. While the wealthy, the rich and famous, and corperate America don't seem affected. Example # 1 Tiger Woods rich and famous commited adultry said he was sorry!! Did it help America with jobs, Housing, and food?#2 Chuck Prince CEO Citi Bank who recieved a 34 Billion Dollar bail out witch has been lost, He said he was "SORRY" for the bad investments. This reminds me of Enron, also in the 70's Savings and Loan headed by Jeb Bush witch went under. Who bennifited? and who made money? Did the CEO's loose anything? Michel Moore asked the right Question on Larry King live, Do the CEO'S of these banks have a Conscience, he should have included morals you have to have morals before you have a Conscience!!!!

So tell everyone to call Republican Coburn who was single handedly responsible for killing the unemployment checks for thousands out of work! It was his vote that directly crippled these people.
