MY daughter is stuck in Liberia after a 2 week mission trip with Project Helping Hands. We have no idea when she will be able to leave Liberia let alone get home to the states. Do you have any info on how flights from Africa might be going due to this volcano? She is only 19 and now is out of money with only the clothes on her back. Any info about how this is effecting flights from Africa would be appreciated.

What does it takes for an average everyday person to get help with a problem .Its been 6 years of trying no response ,i try to warn everyone in 2004 that the economy was going to fall .I cant believe that all of this could have ben prevented .It just goes to show that unless you are rich your views and opinions do not matter .It should be a punishable crime to all the people that i cantact including the media and government officials who totally ignored all my mail all my letters and emails .Its like they were fore warned from 2004 to present i guess my mail went to trash and so many lives were destroyed .
How may more needs to go homeless or loose their jobs before someone listens .Please point me in the right direction for the sake of this country .

    Hi Tina,
There are flights from Liberia to Ghana and Senegal that have connections to the US. Air Moroc flies from Monrovia to North African destinations that could also work out. Last resort, you can route her through Nairobi and on to Dubai. There's a direct Dubai – Atlanta link, I say last resort because it's like flying from LA to New York to get a flight to Hawaii. Oh – you should NOT route her through Nigeria – it's not very user friendly location...
