This technology has a great potential to help people with many different goals or problems. My wife has severe food allergies and has to scrutinize ingredients on every item she eats or drinks, so we eat out very rarely. This program could go a long way to helping people with this affliction to eat out more. Although food allergies weren't mentioned in the story, I would hope the good folks at CNN will mention this aspect to the folks at Georgia Tech.
I have diet controled diabetes, and sodium restricted high blood pressure. I couldn't find any meals that meet the goals that the certified diabetic nutrition specialist has set for me.
although I am not limited to any specific diet. I am picky about what I eat in fact have recently found a ranch store, that sell individual cuts of meat (grass finished Bison & grass finished Beef, pork & chicken). no Hormones etc are used as this is a small family ranch. the cost is not much more than a standard grocery store. But The Health benefits are there. & it is all flash frozen in Vacuum sealed bags. I will be rarely shopping at the grocery store for meat.
the link doesn't appear to be working. Or is it just me?
