    I believe this is the first step that has been long over due to America to prevent a death that rivals that of alcohol.If people need to smoke so bad,why not pass marijuana as a legal substance.Millions of deaths from smoking cigarettes and being around second hand smoking compared to no deaths of from smoking or second smoking of marijuana.
