Lower SAT scores for class of 2011

A new study shows that American high school students' SAT scores are down an average of 18 points from 2006.  Who is to blame?  Students?  Teachers?  Parents?  ...Facebook?

Brooke Baldwin is joined by James Montoya from the College Board, which administers the test and conducted the study.

Police: Mom glued toddler's hands to wall before beating her into a coma

A 22-year-old Dallas mother has been charged with 'excessive' abuse after allegedly beating her 2-year-old into a coma.  The child abuse report includes charges of dragging the toddler by her feet into the kitchen, gluing her hands to the wall, and hitting her in the stomach with a jug of milk.   Brooke Baldwin is joined by Dallas Morning News crime reporter Tanya Eiserer, who has more details on this disturbing case.
