The congressman who just told Brooke that a president never invoked Executive Priviledge over an event involving guns and putting people's lives in danger seems to have forgotten Ronald Regan and his "evocation" in the Iran Contra Affair. He was just out of office but EP is EP. Arranging for arms to be shipped to the Contras and avoiding telling Congrss seems like a similar situation to me. We didn't, find out the truth for a longtime in that case and who knows what we will learn about FandF in time... But they seem potentially similar to me.
