Colorado governor: Fire like film set

Authorities have evacuated  32,000 residents Wednesday as firefighters tried to slow a wildfire that has ravaged Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Waldo Canyon Fire had engulfed 15,517 acres and was only 5% contained. Brooke speaks with Colorado Governor, John Hickenlooper, and he describes the scene as what real disaster would look like in film.

Justice Kennedy swing vote on health care?

Dubbed  "The Decider"  by Time Magazine, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy is expected to be the swingman in Thursday's health care reform ruling. The Supreme Court will announce their decision on the constitutionality of Obamacare and everyone is waiting to see if he will veer right or left.  Brooke speaks to Kennedy's former clerk,  Stephen Engel,  as the announcement looms.
