Brooke talks to a Breezy Point, New York resident who stayed home as Sandy hit. Jack Nacmias says it was like ‘being on the Titantic’ as the gushing water broke his basement windows and completely flooded the lower level of his home.
It is my opinion that as far as this Marathon in NYC is concerned it is a travesty and a slap in the face for all who voted for the Mayor. First the major went against the governor in evacuation and now this! I think that he has had a TIA and is living in an other time. It is my hope that President Obama speak to him instead of repeating the same campaigning rhetoric! People are suffering and we are using generators to warm tents for the Marathon! Mimi B.

the marathon runners should help NYC out and volunteer. Run staten island they would cover far more territory.
