Outlawing gay conversion therapy

Rep. Jackie Speier unveiled a measure this week meant to take national steps to protect kids from gay conversion therapy, which she says has no science to back it up. Rep. Speier chats with CNN's Don Lemon about the SHOK (Stop Harming Our Kids) initiative and what it could mean for states across the country.
