It's nice to see Paula embracing vegetarian cuisine. I used to watch her show to get ideas for making a vegetarian version of what she what making. Until one day she said something so rude about vegetarians, I stopped watching her show. I quote " if their vegetarian, they can go outside and eat grass". What a rude and mean thing to say about vegetarians, totally insensitive, seems like she has a lot of rude things to say.
Well in this vegetarian recipe she created, I don't see any grass eating in the ingredients! As she can now see the world of vegetarian cuisine does not include mowing down grass in the yard!
How ironic that she is stuck down with an illness that forced her to create the healthy vegetarian meals that she once cruelly scoffed at, talk about the chickens coming home to roost.....

Hello! I know this is kinda off topic but I'd figured I'd ask. Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest writing a blog post or vice-versa? My website discusses a lot of the same subjects as yours and I believe we could greatly benefit from each other. If you're interested feel free to shoot me an email. I look forward to hearing from you! Awesome blog by the way!
