Rapper 'Lil Poopy' has caught the eyes of many on the internet with his racy and provocative music videos about 'coke' and 'popping bottles'. Unfortunately for Lil Poopy and his father, some of those eyes belong to the Massachusetts Department of Child Welfare who have begun an investigation into possible parental neglect.
