U.S. cancer survival rates on the rise

According to a new cancer study, the number of people who will survive a cancer diagnosis is expected to increase by 31% over the next ten years. CNN's Brooke Baldwin speaks Dr. Charles Staley of Emory University and Time Magazine's Alice Park about the development and what it means for people fighting cancer now.
