Americans are the greatest idiots in the world, literally. Children have scuffles (which the have had since children were invented), and the adults are ready to bring the "case" up to the Supreme Court, while CNN invites two lawyers to comment on the fluff.

Apparently, you were the only one that had any feeling towards this article Curatica. Americans were busy rolling our eyes at it, if we even saw it.

The Stand Your Ground law should be used against the people that ever got the case to court...be it police or parents. They should be shot for no other reason than they are stupid. You can't fix stupid, but you can prevent it from breeding.

Let me get this straight- She Started this situation by taking his coat. She then punches him- he says bs and hits back. Yet he is the one charged? How typical of women- you demand to be treated as an equal but when sh** hits the fan you hide behind your skirts. I see this all the time- women acting all big bad and tough provoking some guy for a fight by pushing hitting, etc and if the guy say enough the Women immediately hide behind their skirts. I say good job to this boy for putting this little thug in her place.
