I, for one, will be looking in cars as I walk through parking lots & I will be carrying a hammer. I will smash windows if I see babies, children or animals roasting in hot cars., Then I will call 911, take pictures. In fact people should band together & patrol parking lots. I pray that I have never walked by a suffering, dying baby or animal because I was too self absorbed. "forgetting" is NO excuse.
