I commend you as a journalist for your impartial and factual reporting of the events that are taking place in Gaza. While reporters on FOX, NBC, CBS, NY Times, WSJ, and Washington Post (etc) continue to report sound bites as mandated by their news organization, with the backing of special interest groups and lobbyists, you have stood out as a journalist focused on getting the facts, and letting people hear both sides of a very complex and sensitive issue impacting the world. For those who are interested in exploiting the news to channel their propaganda, they have multiple news organizations at their service. Equally, for those interested in hearing what they already believe to be the truth, they also have the other news channels to rely on to remain ignorant.
But for the average person on the ground, who wants to hear the real news, the facts, the human stories that matter and impact our minds and our hearts, for that we need real journalist, and you have proven to be one of the few who is true to your profession. It’s good to see that finally CNN is bringing on real reporters, who remain objective, and tell the news by challenging and cutting through political sound bites, to get the story. If CNN wants to compete with Al-Jazeera, Reuters, BBC, for a more sophisticated and global minded audience, they should hire more stellar reporter like yourself.

You talk balanced reporting and the cruel inhumane bombings by Israel.. Lets discuss the suicide bombings all over the world and yes even in Israel. I don't think the terrorists check with the UN or CNN to get the ok on their actions. I am not jewish but I am sick and tired of Israel being bashed for the bombing campaign to try and irradicate such monsterous terrorists groups. I don't remember the suicide bombers giving any warning of their attacks. Correct me if I'm wrong!
