“Scandal” Star Joins Anti-abuse Campaign

Kerry Washington joins the AllState Foundation's "Purple Purse" project geared towards halting financial abuse against women. Using her fame, the Emmy-nominated actress has come up with a purple purse for women, now a strong symbol of financial independence. Kerry Washington says the project hopes to educate the public in general.  CNN's Brooke Baldwin spoke with Mioshi Johnson, wife of retired NFL player Chris Johnson about this campaign.
