Pot in New York City may just receive a ticket, no arrest

CNN’s Brianna Keilar speaks to a panel about an announcement that New York City will change its policy on possession of small amounts of marijuana, allowing police officers to have the option of writing offenders a ticket instead of taking them into custody, city officials say.

    Smoking pot Can ruin people's lives, especially at young ages. We can legalize it but we have to teach kids the dangers of it .
