    To all the folks who are calling these race related issues, it works both ways. For instance in Atlanta in 2013, where were all the protesters when the black 17 yr old kid shot a white 2 yr old baby at point blank range in the face killing him for no reason. Where are the protesters for that child taken senselessly from his family? Perhaps the black kid was a racist when he shot the white baby. Who really knows why things happen the way they do. All I know is that we are living in a world full of people on both sides who are full of darkness in their hearts and we are not doing enough in this country to punish the crimes that are going on. Perhaps the U.S. punished all crimes the way other countries do, then we wouldn't have so many folk willing to take a risk at robbing a white woman and killing her baby or shooting a black unarmed kid who is a thief. If both sides cared anything at all then they would step up and be outstanding citizens rather than believing the ideas that they are fed about being predisposed to crime and racial profiling. All of the protests and riots and looting are from people looking to make a point rather than going on sbout their day and trying to make a difference. Instead of protesting, use that time ur wasting to help thise in need no matter their race or religious beliefs. Teach your own children to be respectable so they will be respected. Be a big brother to the boy who has no father. Be a big sister yo the girl who has no mother. God made all people equal. He doesn't see black or white. He sees humanity. God won't judge you on your skin color but on how you live your life. Let the healing of this nation start with you in your family. Then pass on that healing and hope to your community.

    Do agree with above comment . CNN and their pundits would not be relevant or have ratings which in turn means money. I agree 100 percent with Charles Barkley and other blacks who have spoke out and spoke the truth. CNN and their pundits have not once said the truths since this started back in August. The police in Ferguson had to endure rocks and bottles of urine thrown at them while being threatened by the protesters. Most of the protesters in NYC were laughing,joking,drinking and smoking pot while blocking major roads and highways chanting 'who owns the streets?" We own the streets'. While CNN and their pundits are saying on air how great these protesters are. I guess as long as the protesters aren' t setting police cars on fire, smashing out windows, shooting off gun fire, robbing and setting businesses on fire then it is a peaceful protest. The sad and ridiculous thing about all of this is 99.9 percent of these protesters havn't even bothered to read the pages of evidence in the Ferguson case or in the Garner case at least wait until we hear or see all the evidence. There is 2 videos we havn't seen that the grand jury saw, there was 50 witnesses that testified before the grand jury and much more evidence . There was a black police sergeant supervising the arrest of Garner there at the scene and they have a black police chief. So what's racists about this? A member of the black caucus who had raised her hands up and said 'hands up don't shoot', along with 4 other members when asked did she read any of the evidence in the Brown case she replied' no, she hadn't read ANY of of it and didn't need to read ANY of the evidence. All these people havn't read a shred of the evidence they've only listened to CNN,MSNBC, who only have one narrative that white people are out to get black males. Take a look at the FBI stats on blacks being killed by whites or p.o.'s and there are more whites killed by p;o's. There is 91 percent of blacks being killed by blacks in this country;

    BTW, Isn't putting body camera's on P.O.'S putting their lives in more danger? If a person is committing a crime and knows the P.O. is wearing a body camera and recording the crime wouldn't that criminal have more of an incentive to shoot the P.O. or disable him to steal the camera?

    CNN, TRUTH MATTERS,FACTS MATTER! You have a black police chief in the precinct that this occured,there was a black police sergeant on the scene supervising this encounter with Garner, Black Police Officers are the majority there whites are the minority. Governor Blassio is a Democrat, Bratton is a Democrat. The family has said they didn't believe this was racists, they said don't let them brainwash you.CNN, you and your pundits have pushed this story along with the Ferguson story and Trayvon to be racism. CNN has had to cut alot of their programming and fire alot of people in the last few years for lack of ratings. CNN knows when they run these kinda of stories their ratings go up in turn that means money. That's a fact! CNN and their pundits push a political agenda also along with their narratives. Look what party Blassio and Bratton are, look at the fact the black police are the majority. These facts fly in the face of CNN and their pundits and their narrative.

    Correction Governor Cuomo is a democrat,Bratton the mayor is also a democrat. My point is CNN and their pundits push a political agenda for Democrats but yet you have Democrats in control and blacks in the majority of police but yet as you claim this is racists. How can that be with the DEMS AND BLACKS IN CONTROL? If anyone criticizes the President which I might add all the Presidents have been criticized by one party or the other, or someone says they don't believe in ILLEGAL immigration we are called racists among other names. CNN you and your pundits are the racists calling people names for giving their point of view because it's different than yours. This is America and we should be able to differ with each other without being called racists and other names. Just as you claim you have a right to protests as we all do.

    BTW, If you don't like the laws on the books particularly selling cigs without taxes then you need to vote out your democratic legislatures. the police are under orders to enforce the laws by their black police chief and the black sergeant on the scene. the black sergeant could have stopped what was going on had the sergeant felt it was excessive or racists.

    @ Don Lemon, You said what difference does it make that a black police sergeant was at the scene supervising. Because if this black police sergeant thought that these white p.o.'s were doing anything illegal or excessive or not giving Garner proper medical care at the scene by them or ems the black sergeant would have stopped the white p.o's and insured that Garner got the proper medical care by the ems. Also, it;s important to say the police chief is black and the majority of the police officers are black white police officers are the minority because the chief nor the black majority police force I'm sure wouldn't allow minority white racists officers on the force. So stop with your and your pundits narrative that white people are racists and in this case white police officers are. You and CNN are destroying the black and white relations.

    Can someone plese look up the police shooting of Kyree Johnson in Philadelphia on May 29,2013. Though my brother was armed he had a permt to carry his firearm, and was discharging it at some thugs that had just robbed him. A philly police officer shot at him from behind and continued to shhot him as he lay on the gound until he fired 12 shots and 9 of them ended up in my brothers' torso. My brother was a single father who was a materials manager at a surgi center around Philadelphia. Not to mention he was 22 with a lot of accomplishment and potential.

    thank god I live in Canada. I think there is too much drama. Many blacks are using the death as an excuse to loot and rob electronic stores. They would never rob a book store now would they ? I agree with Barkley's remarks. We should be proud of the police force who are out there to protect us. If it weren't for the police it would be the wild west out there, everybody stealing and killing each other. This is not a black or white issue. At the end of the day, these criminals should not resist arrest . Where are the parents anyway ? bad parenting. Especially the boy who got shot with BB gun. What was he doing in the streets with a gun ? why would parents by their son a gun ? Guns should be banned , that's what makes Canada a safe country

    Finally, a black man that tells it like it is. Cudos to Charles Barkley for his honesty in dispelling the black mantra or covering up for each other in the black community. Too many crooks there to try to change them, they need to change themselves, starting with the race baiters like Al Sharpton.

    I'm so glad to hear someone from another country can see thru these lies being told on CNN, MSNBC, and their pundits and their narrative. 2% of blacks are killed by police officers, 98% are killed by black on black . 99.9 arrests made in this country without incidences. Blacks kill more whites than whites kill blacks. These are the real facts by The F.B.I. STATS. CNN .MSNBC and their pundits push this narrative against whites for a reason. One of them is money, these cable stations get higher ratings when they inflame the public with these type of stories, Al Sharpton, and these type of organizations make millions of dollars by keeping the racism narrative going. Sharpton accused Duke payers of rape based on lies just to name one, he owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes he hasn't paid. Google it! Their narrative is not only to say whites are out to kill blacks but now they're saying blacks and brown skinned. They want the hispanics now to believe white people are out to kill them too. This is all for political gain they want the hispanic vote.The narrative they claim is only Democrats aren't racists. Google also Louis Farrakhan, The New Black Panthers, Rev Jeremiah Wright, just to name a few and listen to their speeches and you will see who the real racists are and how much they hate white people. Google New Orleans and the DOJ against police officers. Mlk didn't march and lose his life for monetary or political gain like you are seeing today.
