Arizona Botched Execution lasts 2 hours

The execution of a convicted murderer in Arizona has ignited a firestorm over the kinds of drugs used in lethal injections. Joseph Woods was given a new, lethal drug cocktail that took much longer to work than expected. Two hours passed before he expired yesterday. The execution set off a round of criticism on both sides of the death penalty debate. Was this cruel and unusual punishment? Brooke Baldwin talks to the Jeanne Brown- the daughter and sister of Woods' victims.

6 minutes for a bathroom break?

Six minutes a day to use the bathroom at work? According to a union, that's the rule at a Chicago faucet company. So the union filed a complaint. They're saying the company unfairly disciplined 19 workers in June for "excessive use" of bathrooms. The company says the policy is in place because some employees were spending way too much time in bathrooms and not enough time on the manufacturing line. So the company decided to install swipe card systems on the bathrooms last winter. They even have a rewards system...20-dollar gift cards to workers who don't use the bathroom at all during the work day.
