Criticism of Kerry grows in Israel

Intense criticism over John Kerry's latest cease-fire plan. He's really hearing it from U.S. ally Israel. "Kerry ruined everything." That's from an Israeli columnist writing yesterday about the Secretary's standing a cease-fire plan. Brooke Baldwin talks to Washington Post's David Ignatius about Kerry's latest bid to secure a cease-fire with Hamas.

Hamas, Israel trade blame for blasts

Supporters of Israel are coming together for a show of solidarity in Washington. Susan Rice, the U.S. National Security Adviser, as well as House Speaker John Boehner were among those in attendance at this event put together by a group called the "National Leadership Assembly for Israel." As often the case, the United States is right in the middle of all things Middle East. Arizona Botched Execution lasts 2 hours

The execution of a convicted murderer in Arizona has ignited a firestorm over the kinds of drugs used in lethal injections. Joseph Woods was given a new, lethal drug cocktail that took much longer to work than expected. Two hours passed before he expired yesterday. The execution set off a round of criticism on both sides of the death penalty debate. Was this cruel and unusual punishment?
