Most litigious, eh? Consider yourself sued!

In case you missed it - one of today's additions to our "What The...?!" File:

A prisoner in the federal pen isn't really helping his own cause.

He's suing the folks at the Guinness Book of World Records - to stop them from naming him "Most Litigious".

Jonathan Lee Riches is the bane of court clerks across the land.

He's filed lawsuits against President George W. Bush... Somali pirates... Britney Spears... and CNN's parent company, Time Warner - among many others.

Some of his 3,124* cases aren't even against people. Unlucky defendants include the Lincoln Memorial, and "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". (Apparently, he COULD believe it!)

Maybe he just wanted to make sure no one one-upped him, so he filed just one more suit to make it a solid win!

Though it may seem funny to some and bothersome to others; this guy appears to have a serious problem: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

I'm not a mental health care professional, but my struggle with PTSD and my quest for information, has taught me a lot about various neuro-psychological disorders. In addition, I've been around many who have the stated affliction.

I can only imagine what his personal life must be like.

    Hi All,

I want to first apologize for my poor typing. I'm basically pecking with one hand cuz i broke my wrist in two places on my right side. And as luck would have it, I'm right handed! I also badly sprained my ankle and battered my knee. The doc at Cedar's Sinai said I needed crutches, but I can't use them because of
my hurt arm. Ugh. {...} I'm now back in Vegas, and hope to be back at work Friday or Monday. I'll have a cast, so I might look a bit funky. Wish
me luck, that I can learn to type quickly enough with my left hand šŸ™‚
