Developing hope

A new development in the Bronx is giving hope to low-income and homeless families.  And some of the innovative features in this apartment building may have neighbors green with envy.

Fredricka Whitfield has more.

I listened to the interviews you had with the law students. I remember the question that you asked them, "Will things be different with Sotomeyer as a SC Justice?" Most of the 4 thought things would remain the same since one liberal was being replaced with another liberal.
The real question I have is, "Will her presence make the US a better for all of us?" I don't think so. Liberal agendas are always self-centered and have a narrow focus for only a few. And they are disruptive and distructive to the good of all.

Most Cities are knocking down their low and no income housing.
The old low income housing started out as a nice place to live.
I was making a good income, and for about 2 years now I have been
and the no income group. When you get down, you get treated like
you never was a working person. As time goes by knowone will
hire you and all employers, ask why their is so much time between
employment. One say why 2 months and do not hire. Another say
why 4 months and do not hire. Time goes on, and they say they
do not understand the long gap. They make the gap. This world
is playing a game with people that some people think do not matter.
I pray that God keep doing to the world, as the world do. If you do not
care about the pain you cause, why should God care about the pain
he cause. And he is really going to cause some more pain.

I went to your mark driscoll link above which roeestpd an article that covers a brief overview of the Emerging Church and some of its leaders.I just had to laugh out loud when Driscoll referred to Bell as riding his bike on the highway . What an obvious swipe of jealousy from a man like Driscoll who won't admit he is angry that someone like Bell has become more popular more quickly then himself. Driscoll is mostly a good guy but occasionally he has little fits of childishness and this is one of them. I wish Driscoll was man enough to confess his sins like this. I would have more respect for him if he did. but then again . I would have much more respect for many more pastors if they spent a little more time wrestling with their own sin and a little less time worrying about the sin of others.
