Amy and Adam Korst are trying to get the garbage out of their lives.
Last month they started a year-long experiment-which means constant composting and relentless recycling.
Their goal? To end the year with just one little box of trash.
Kyra Phillips interviewed Amy Korst in the 2p eastern hour today about the year without trash. (Interview will be posted here soon)

I watched a marine who lost both legs in this war. He did not get proper care in the VA hospital but found help at another hospital. How on earth can this be, we send them over to fight and can't take care of them? I hear stories like this all the time and I can not believe how really say our government is. What can the press do to help these men an women?
