Condemned Man Gets New Day In Court

Georgia death row inmate Troy Davis has reason to hope ~ which is something he hasn't had in a very long time. On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court ordered a lower court to take another look at the Davis' case. CNN's Gary Tuchman talks with a juror who helped convict Davis, then T.J. Holmes follows-up with legal analyst Avery Friedman.

Thousands run for their lives as a massive wildfire reaches the suburbs of Athens, Greece.

Things get a little heated in New Mexico, as hundreds are turned away from a town hall meeting on health care reform.

Many car dealers stop the "Cash for Clunkers" program, to give them time to file the necessary paperwork by Monday's deadline.

The First Family heads for Martha's Vineyard a little later than planned today, to give Hurricane Bill a chance to pass. We'll have a live report.

Hurricane Bill has weakened to category one status, and is expected to speed up today as it whips up surf along the New England coast.

Pres. Obama: "All wee-wee'd up"

Last week President Obama caught the nation's ear when he told supporters, "There is something about August going into September where everybody in Washington gets all wee-wee'd up!"

That's a new one.
