Violent sex offenders should rot in prison forever. They are predators who prey on people and they are monsters with no heart. I'm not judging them, I'm just calling a spade, a spade.Lock them up and throw away the key.

Given only one option as you are doing then of course it should never even be considered to release them back on society. Those who have and another person was raped or murdered should be put in there with them.
I would like to address a bigger issue here of the obvious. It has been said many times the death penalty is not a deturrant for crime. to detur is to stop further action. Now if we have a murderer, violent ot habitual rapist or most of all a child molester and they are put to death(and i dont mean put in a special place where it cost the taxpayers twice as much and most die of old age) once they are dead they cannot murder, rape or molest a child ever again. As i see it , this is the ultimate deturrant. They can never do it again. For those that want to collect them, first they should take a good look as to what that mentality has done not only for the economy but the conditions in which our children are being subjected to.

I would go one step further. Repeat sex offenders should be killed by lethal injection. Their victims will never get back what they lost- they just have to learn to cope for the rest of their lives. Why should sex offenders get to live after what they have done, when their victims are scarred for life?

The reason Anthony Sowell was able to do what he did(bury his victims) in his home and still be a monitored sex offender is simple!!!! The sex offender registry is a botched system that profiles thousands of consensual statutory cases, public nudity, teens having sex, tree peeing, etc. Then ,lawmakers expect cops to watch them all equally, which is not possible!! Its high time to get rid of the non violent ,statutory cases off the registry, so police can focus on more violent offenders. This tragedy will happen again and again, because the sex offender registry doesnt work,as it is simply a whipping post for politicans, not an actual service citizens can accuratley use!!!!!!!!!!

Its not about collecting them,we're saying put them in prison forever. Take them off the street. Killing them is a sin and is wrong, we are not God, only God has the right to take a life, revenge is his.
That mentality of deturring is the real problem, we see where that has led us. It led us into Iraq and what did we do there,I'll tell you, kill innocent men, women and children. We're spending so much money in Iraq, that is why our economy is struggling. We started a war that we should've never started. We've should've never been in Iraq.

And the economy is messed up because of President Bush's decisions, not because people want to lock people up forever. President Bush inherited a surplus and he left this country in debt. He gave tax cuts to the wealthy instead of to the middle class, that's why our economy is suffering right now, because of President Bush.

For those who speak of killing people, lets look at where that has got us, I'll tell you, in Iraq where we have lost thousands of soldiers.Because of that cowboy attitude this country is in debt, our standing in the world was weakened, and is only recovering because of President Obama. Killing is not the answer.
