Sisters Talk about Their Mother's Death in Cleveland

Two sisters are dealing with the heartbreak of losing their mother in the Cleveland killings.

Tonia Carmichael was the first of the 11 victims to be identified through DNA.

She had been missing for almost a year.

Donnita Carmichael and her sister, Markiesha Jacobs, talked to Fredricka Whitfield.

    My heart and prayers go out to all of the families. I have no idea how this sex offender was so poorly supervised. Someone shoud be held responsible. I doubt if this would have occurred in an affluent neighborhood.
