Blizzard warnings have been issued for New York City, Washington DC, parts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Flights have been canceled, schools closed and the federal government has been shut down for three days. The storm is expected to dump 10 inches of snow in Washington DC, up to 20 inches in New York and up to 22 inches in Philadelphia. The east coast isn’t the only place feeling this blast of winter. In fact 47 states have snow on the ground.
