McCain Challenger Plans to Announce Candidacy Today

The man who wants to unseat Sen. John McCain plans to formally announce his candidacy today.

Former Arizona Congressman J.D. Hayworth says McCain isn't conservative enough.

CNN deputy political director Paul Steinhauser, and CNN political producer Peter Hamby spoke with Fredricka Whitfield about
McCain's re-election battle.

    I like Mc Cain but after his choice for his presidential running mate I question his ability to make rash decisions maybe its time he quits and goes fishing .

    I think John Mccain is going to pay his dues for Sarah and a host of other stupid decisions.By the way John is the economy still as sound as it was during your campain or do we need more tax cuts for the top 1%. Joe the plumber is looking for a little tea baggin if you have the time.

    I think a lot of congressmen should wake up. It's not just Democrats but Republicans as well that are in danger of losing their seat. A lot of guest commentators need to wake up and realize their party is not the greatest. I am sick of the fighting. We sent them to Washingtion to serve their state and do the best they can and no one is working to help the voters only themselves. Myself, I will not vote for an incumbent.

    It was reported on 2/18 that McCain's party has been walking away from the 'Jobs Legislation". The American people should not put anyone back in Washingron that walks away from our country! What do they charge our service members with when they desert our country?
