Millions of troubled homeowners are missing out on the Obama administration's program to stem foreclosures.

A government watchdog group has released a report saying for every home saved, 10 are lost.

So if you're trying to keep from losing your home, what should you do?

Airline Fees: Your thoughts

Spirit Airlines' $45 fee for carry-on bags is the latest move in airline surcharges. There are already fees for blankets, pillows, extra leg room, bags that are too heavy, too large, sandwiches, headsets and wi-fi. A lot of passengers are saying enough is enough.

Mergers, bankruptcies, reorganizations, layoffs... The airline industry is hurting. And they have to find some way to offset rising costs without raising ticket prices. What do you suggest?
