    Billy Nungesser of Plaquemine, Louisiana stated that they have a (Plan), which could clean up the oil in the gulf within 3 days. Why, haven't the News Media made this list of equipment and plan available to the public. Any equipment having the capability to pick up over 40,000 bbls of oil should be made known to th public. Where is this list?
