What would it be like if the United States didn't have individual states, but just geographic differences in location to differentiate where a persons from. No borders, and the democracy we have today? You know like a United State? Just curious.

I just caught the $1,000 Toothbrush segment and was glad someone is doing an article on how much hospitals are charging. My mom received a bill from a hospital in Morgan County Colorado that was charging her for having surgery, and she didn't have surgery. We have been fighting this bill since May trying to get someone to listen. The insurance company has already paid for the surgery. When we notified the insurance company, they didn' t seem interested in hearing the complaints. We contacted our local news investigator and they thought we needed help understanding the bill. Someone needs to listen. Thanks for doing the story on this.
