THE BIG I: Learning Music By Vibrations

Ali is off the anchor desk today.  TJ Holmes is filling in and what a day to fill in.  Today's Big I is a live in-studio demo of technology to help you learn to play music by touch.  Researchers at Georgia Institute of Technology have developed a glove that connects to your cell phone, mp3 player or laptop.  As the music plays the tips of the glove vibrate on your fingers to correspond with the fingers you would use to play the song.  And it's not just about learning to play music.  It can also be used as a rehabilitation device for people who have lost use of their hands.

This technology will be highlighted at FutureMedia Fest 2010.  For more information, click here.
