I could not access the usablehealth.com site. Is there another way to get there, or has the website location changed? It sounds like a great idea.

Twenty years ago, I realized high fructose corn syrup affected my child's behavior. It's an ingredient in everything: cereals, soda, ice cream, cookies, crackers, etc. When we removed all products with HFCS from our diets, behavior was dramatically improved after only 2 -3 weeks. Better listening, less outbursts, more rational thought.

Makes me wonder if Ritalin is really needed; perhaps it's the removal of cheap, low quality sweeteners like HFCS, that could make an improvement in our children's behaviour!
