Chat, text, and email all in one place. As well as the ability to archive, sort, keep out spam.
Sounds like email+...just add a free local and long distance phone calling feature (like Gmail) and it's a wrap.

I am one of the ladies that had an active facebbok account that was disabled 5 days ago by facebook bug. I have sent over 100 emails trying to get my account reactivated and I have not received one reply so this email crap is bull. Why would you want to use their emai if they won['t even contact you about deactivating your account by accident? I am a disable woman that played almost all of their games and I have spent money on those games and now I can['t even play them or get my money back or even a reply. I have played their games for 2 years now. All I am asking for is for someone to review my account and reactivate it since it was deactivated by facebook's bug. I didn't do anything wrong. I never even received a warning. they just cut me off. That's not fair and I would never sign up for their emai service.
