My concern is this, TSA's Equal Employment Opportunity protects against Race, color, all of the normal things and sexual orientation. So, these screeners are hired to these $13/hr jobs, and some of them may be gay or lesbian and preforming these very personal pat downs. That is the same has having a man pat down a woman. But according to the EEO, they can not ask the employee about it or effect their employment about it. This is my major concern. I will go on record here. I in no way am a gay hater. Quite the opposite I feel their rights should be protected. But this is a problem.
