I have long thought about why and where the research to make the soldier's helmet, a device to truly protect and prevent the death or injury of our combatants. With the budget the military has, there sh ould be a large investment in equipment research and development comitted to finding the no kill uniform for our troops. I do also feel that in the more than 50 uears since the end of WW2, We should be saving money by closing bases across the world. Since the war the EU nations that were so in need of our help at the end WW2. Now, have grown up and are quite capable of protecting their own selves, and are no longer in need of the USA to be their overlord. So let's get those countries off of Uncle Sam's teet's and see what we can do to give to our citizens all of the things our monies gave to them at the end of the world. So , Let's review and revise those outdated programs set up after WW2 to rebuild Europe, for the 2nd time in 20 years. We could save hundreds of millions of $$$. Just review, revise and reclaim our country.. That's what they need to do.
