This past week its last residents moved out and CNN's Don Lemon offers a public housing postscript – finding out what happens to the low-income tenants after they're forced out. He interviews Mark Pratt, subject of the documentary "Voices of Cabrini: Remaking Chicago's Public Housing" and a former Cabrini resident. Don also speaks with Dr. Susan Popkin of the Urban Institute, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, and the President and CEO of the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles Rudolf Montiel about the future of public housing and the trend to scatter the low-income into the general population.
