THE BIG I: Super-Fast DNA Testing
Today's Big I is all about new technology that allows scientists to test for disease much faster than ever before and then use that technology to make weather-type maps showing routes. This will all help prevent major outbreaks. The technology was developed by Pacific Biosciences.

This whole arrgument seems senseless to me. If we had the 'public option' in medical care, we could pay for the cost of medical care though a group policy. This is a capitalistic system we live in, a public option is nothing more than capitalism at work. All those nay sayers out there should rethink their idea of what a Public option realy means.
A penalty for not buying medical insurance., I think we should give this more deliberate thought. In many states across our fair land, auto insurance is required. If one does not have it and an accident comes about, there are plenty of penalties. There are very good drivers and very bad drivers. Becasue one is healty and thinks he\she does not need medical insurance, think again. Accident happen all the time and so does illness.
