Please, leave the entire family alone and get back to reporting real, and important, news

Enough already, this is not news, this is gossip. Leave the families alone, let them work out their issues, which will be painful and take a while. Focus on the Middle East, the Mississippi, the upcoming election, the economy, all of the important news items.

Dear Ali: I don't hero worship celebrities, actors or actresses, singers or songwriters, teams or athletes, and I think the media should stop indoctrinating people from childhood on to idolize celebrities. Students need to be told they won't meet Lindsey Lohan, she won't give them a million dollars, and she won't arrange screen test. She is irrelevant in their lives. So is Oprah Winfrey who gushes sixties pop psychology, feel good, I'm O.K. You're O.K., you can be more me. Could you say what I just said. If not, that is media censorship. Media censorship is overwhelming. If someone hits a home run, that means he hit a ball hard with a bat. So What? Could you say that? I am a clinical psychologist and college teacher. I am heartbroken and so disappointed in Arnold. I will not be going to any more of his movies.

Arnold and this lady are 2 pigs. i can't believe that this woman have no compassion and no heart to shatter a family like this. This is a lesson for all of the women out there anyone can take your man really doesn't matter of what status you think you have. be careful of the hired help in your home.

A great movie this story would make and there is more to hear about this saga between Arnold and the helper in their home.
Maria has put up with him for a long time – 25 years.
I feel sorry for Maria Shriver but she appears to be a strong lady and has a lot of support worldwide. There is no doubt that she has been hurt and also her children by Arnold's revelation. In time she will be OK. Her faith will also see her through.
Arnold is working at restoring the relationship? Can sorry and an apology change anything and overnight? He has a lot to do in every respect to restore it to a loving one. Will Maria ever be able to trust him again?
I visualize that Maria will need to pray a lot in order to forgive him.
Will Arnold cease his philandering? That is another story I suppose.
Arnold needs to become a Christian if he is not and worship God, pray to Him and ask for His repentance.
At this point in his life only God can change him to a loving husband. Anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong.

What about the "love" child between Arnold and the housekeeper. No one seems to be talking about what he may be going through.

I think the media should leave this matter alone! I am already sick of the story. The media blows this type of thing so far out of proportion, they should be ashamed. This is a PRIVATE matter for the family to deal with, no one else needs to know what really happened. You did this to so many other famous people it is ridiculous. This is supposed to be a NEWS channel, not entertainment tonight. How does this affect the average person? It doesn't, and there are so many other worthy stories!

With so much "real" news happening globally, why is the "World's Most Important Network" wasting so much time on Arnold?

While this is a very tough time for the Shriver-Schwarzenegger family, please remember that there is another young boy – having to deal with this apparent deception. I hope the media and the general public doesn't skewer the housekeeper and her son. If all is true – this child is still family and now a sibling to the 4 children they have. It can be easy to judge – but I hope there's enough compassion to let them heal their family in peace.

This is an extremely unfortunate situation for several people. This horrible behavior has resulted in the unnecessary suffering of Maria Shriver's four children, the love child, and Maria Shriver.
It's hard to understand how you could go to such lengths, without having any consideration whatsoever for family, that you claim to love. It is never ok to be so thoughtless and hurt your family to this extent.
I have prayed for Maria Shriver, her children and also the son that was fathered by the former govenor. None of them had any choice in this matter, and did not ask to be hurt to this extent or to be put in this horrible situation.
I hope that this nation will offer support and prayers to Maria Shriver,
her four children and also the son fathered by the former govenor.

Arnold's issues are between him and his wife and kids. I am against all this nonsense in the media condemning him for having an illegitimate child. Newt Gingrich and his cronies were even WORSE, by impeaching one of our best Presidents over oral sex. Newt did that WHILE he was having an ongoing affair while married, which much worse than one single B.J.

NOW, if the media wants to go after him for his miserable political reign, then I say that he is not only fair game, but under reported. His support for Illegal Aliens was/is tragic and a major part of why California is NOW $20 BILLION DOLLARS in debt!!!
