Notice how she avoids mentioning the USA is BROKE. We will once again have to trust in China to loan FEMA some cash, because our leaders can't run our government responsibly. Notice how Congress NEVER budgets for these programs, meaning even when the "Budget" is balanced, its NOT. Any competent business manager would budget high, and save the remainder for a "rainy" day (no pun intended). Our Federal Government is run like a meth addict on a shopping binge with someone else's credit card. Have they become more trouble than they are worth yet? Belgium eliminated their federal government and are saving a fortune while enjoying their new found Liberty! We need to eliminate at least 50% of ours to get it down to an affordable size and cost; Washington's Dirty Secret that anyone with a calculator can figure out. If they don't learn the definition of the word "cuts" soon, we are all doomed. Sadly, I am betting Obama is planning to finish us off with more taxes and borrowed money instead of taking a chainsaw to our bloated Federal Government. Just like an addict, Obama and most of DC are in total denial. Sort of like Caesar up until the day Rome burned to the ground.
