Circus fined a record $270,000

A circus is fined $270,000 for allegedly mistreating elephants but admits no wrongdoing.  Brooke talks with Robert Atkinson, who runs The Elephant Sanctuary in Nashville, about what changes the circus should make.

    This is terrible. Animals should be banned from being in circuses. What 3 ton elephant was born to stand on its head?
