Bill McCollum says Newt Gingrich will be the GOP Presidential nominee

Fmr. U.S. Representative Bill McCollum (R) has some harsh criticism for two of the GOP candidates for President in his interview with CNN's Brooke Baldwin. McCollum says Mitt Romney is running from his record and he believes if Rick Santorum were out of the race, Newt Gingrich would "clearly be beating Romney right now." McCollum believes Gingrich will go on to be the GOP Presidential nominee regardless of whether he wins or loses in Florida.
