It is a Interesting video, although 100% staged, the cameraman was cool as a cucumber, he even zoomed in on the location as if in anticipation, the cameraman after the explosion (7 seconds into this video) still unshaken for 6 seconds and filming the exodus, while all others panic and exist, even the soldiers outside, react, they dismount from the armored vehicle, everyone reacts, but not the cameraman, the cameraman pans to the left (explosion Impact area), after a few seconds (3 seconds), a man crosses the camera view in a pace, but not panic, more defensive (Considering a explosive device just occurred) wearing jeans and a black puffer jacket while pulling something out of his front waist line with his right hand, you can hear a slight metal on metal when this occurs. The camera goes back to the explosion site, you can see the walling and roof intact, so unlikely a mortar, this is either a small IED or simply a thunder flash, and you can see the cameraman is and where the other man crossed over a bunker, a wall of bricks in a circular fashion about 3’ high, a fortified staging position. The cameraman walks outside, filming all the while.

However after looking at the blast and listening, it was a pipe bomb, look at the explosion on the roof (7 seconds in, play that part a few times), it blows out to the side, much like a gun would, this is a prop, and the man sitting on the wall (Top left of the screen) with black white tracksuit bottoms, turns and ducks just before the detonation, he knew it was coming.

I was looking at the telegraph (UK) video release:

In my view this was a planned explosion, very staged, and those filming seemed very coordinated, moreover the collective of protesters were in a shelter, one could say herded, again not the norm, most protests are street based and moving.
